It was designed and scientifically validated by researcher and Professor Réal Labelle and his team at the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal (CIUSSS de l’Est-de-l’Île-de-Montréal) and at the Université du Québec à Montréal. PsyAssistance is based on the principales of the cognitive-behavioral therapy. It allow user to have access to a large repertoire of resources, to keep a mood journal, to make exercices to improve his mood and to establish a safety plan in case of crisis. PsyAssistance introduces itself like a constantly evolving avant-garde digital tool that informs, gives tools and protects oneself against a sad mood.
